Getting Started

How do I create an account?

Click 'Start Free Trial' on our homepage, enter your email and create a password. You'll be guided through setting up your first child profile and can start exploring immediately.

What ages is Miss Humblebee’s Academy designed for?

Our platform is specifically designed for children ages 3-6, covering pre-K through early kindergarten skills.

What is the Daily 5-a-Day approach?

The Daily 5-a-Day is our core learning model where children complete 5 short activities (3-5 minutes each) across different learning domains: Literacy, Math, Science, Art/Music/Movement, and SEL.

Account & Profiles

How many child profiles can I add?

Individual plans include 1 child profile. Family plans include up to 4 child profiles, with options to add more for a small additional fee.

Can I switch between children's profiles?

Yes! Simply use the profile switcher in your dashboard or classroom space to toggle between your children's accounts.

Billing & Subscriptions

How much does Miss Humblebee's Academy cost?

Individual plans start at $9.99/month or $69/year. Family plans are $14.99/month or $119.99/year. Schools and libraries have custom pricing.

Is there a free trial?

Yes! All new accounts receive a 7-day free trial with full access to the student curriculum and parent dashboard features.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel anytime from your Account Settings. Go to Settings > Subscription > Cancel Subscription. You'll retain access until the end of your billing period.

Miss Humblebee’s Academy works on desktop computers, laptops, tablets (iPad, Android), and modern web browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge).
