Contact questions

Helpful answers before you send a message.

How quickly will the team respond?

The current contact page says the team typically responds within one business day. Published operating hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Eastern Time.

Where should I start with an account or technical problem?

Begin with the Help Center for common account, subscription, device, and getting-started questions. If the issue remains unresolved, email support or use the contact form with your device, browser, and a clear description of what happened.

Should an organization use Contact or Request Demo?

Use Request Demo when you want a structured product walkthrough for a school, district, library, early learning center, or publisher. Use Contact for general questions, support, or anything that does not yet require a demo.

Where do partnership and press questions go?

The public contact page says support@misshumblebee.com covers partnerships and press. You can also use the dedicated Partners & Resellers or Press pages when your request fits one of those paths.

What should a family enter in the Organization field?

Families can enter “Household” or a family name so the form can be completed without inventing an organization.

Can I send sensitive account or student information?

A general web form should not be used for passwords, payment-card details, or unnecessary sensitive student information. Send only the minimum context needed and follow the secure instructions provided by the support team.

Start with a message. We’ll help you find the right next step.

Reach out about family learning, support, organization solutions, demos, partnerships, publishing, or press.
